Mentoring refers to working with individual in-house project managers or project teams. Activity's Mentor/Coach, a subject matter expert on project management, assists in talking situations through, describing or demonstrating how project management processes and techniques can help. We also mentor in the implementation of a new methodology, templates, tools and systems where a dedicated mentor is at hand to support the clients staff in the execution of the new activities related to the change.

One of our effective methods involve the use of project team workshops where we together intend to:

• Support the client to realise and attain the company and project targets.

• Define the success criteria for Projects and Project Manager.
