Certified project management training

Activity has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI). This is also known as PMI REP.

We offer standardised and tailor-made Project Management courses training where the thematic can be designed to apply for company managers as well as for junior as well as senior and junior project management professionals and are adapted to the different markets

• The courses normally contain a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contain subjects such as a general overview of project management, followed by a presentation of the 9 knowledge areas (Scope, time, cost, quality, risk, HR, communication, contracting and integration) as defined in the PMBok of PMI®. The practical part using a case study involving practical exercises can be designed for each client

• The courses have adjustable time frames according to clients needs. We provide courses starting from half a day up to five days or more

• The training is given by senior consultants with ample experience in projects management and professional training

We also offer PMP preparation, leadership, teambuilding and communication courses and our course PR1 40H (Project Management 40 hours) is registered on the PMI database will officially accredit the participants 40 PDUs – Professional Development Units
